Connecting Series
 
My inspiration for this series came from the gold metallic paint I used in many of my abstract sunset paintings. I love how the color shimmers on the canvas, creating warmth and dimension. I decided to experiment using the gold metallic as a primary color. Influenced by Jackson Pollack as an abstracted expressionist painter, I used his style to create the energy and motion I was looking for.
